The BASS Customer Services portal is an online support system that enables customers worldwide to log and track their support inquiries. Customers can also search for information in BASS’ in-depth Knowledge Base. In order to access the BASS Customer Services portal, you will need to be registered with a company email address. We suggest that companies limit their number of users in this portal, so that only one or a few personnel are responsible for submitting and following up on support inquiries.

Register

To gain access to the BASS Customer Service Support Portal, please request a login from your respective Service Manager. Your user details and login credentials will be provided to you via an email.

Support Inquiries

Once registered, you can log on to https://support.bassnet.no to enter support inquiries, track your support cases, browse the Knowledge Base and download Help-related documents.

In order for us to support your request efficiently, please provide as much information as possible such as screen shots, system version, log files, etc.
