Managing My Favourites

To add a screen to the My Favourites menu:

1. Open a screen that you wish to add to the My Favourites menu. In this example, we will add the Crew Payroll screen to My Favorites. Click Crew Payroll under the Payroll module.

2. The Crew Payroll screen is displayed. From the My Favourites menu, select Add to My Favourites.

3. The Crew Payroll page will now be available for easy access under the My Favourites menu and the My Favorites panel on the main HRM screen.

4. To access your favourite screens, click My Favourites on the menu bar or via the My Favorites panel on the main HRM screen.

To set a screen as Home page:

1. Open a screen that you wish to use as the Home page.

2. From the My Favourites menu, select Set as Home page.

The page will now be displayed as the first screen you see when you log into BASSnet HR Manager.

Note: To revert the Home page back to the original HRM Main Page, open the Home menu and select Main Page. Then repeat the steps above to set it as Home page.

To manage links added to the My Favourites menu:

1. Open the My Favourites menu on the menu bar.  

2. The pages that you have added for quick access will be displayed. Click Manage Favourites.

3. The My Favourites List pop-up window will be displayed.

4. Here, you can select an Item Name and click the Delete icon to remove it from your My Favourites List.

Note: You can click the Delete All button to delete all items in one-go.

5. Click Update and Close. The item or screen will no longer be displayed under the My Favourites menu.
