Screen Navigation: Invoice Request - Edit Invoice Request
Items still in Draft status can be edited on the Invoice Request page. Once approved and an invoice has been created, the item can no longer be edited in the Invoice Request.
An invoice request may contain multiple items from different agreements, so each item is tracked separately from one another.

Edit the Details of an Invoice Request
To edit the details of an invoice request:
1. From the Invoice Request listing, choose the invoice request you would like to edit and click Actions then select Edit.
Alternatively, you can also click Edit on the Invoice Request Details page.
2. The Edit Invoice Request page will be displayed. Here, you may edit the details of the invoice request.
3. As you make changes, a red arrow will appear at the top left of the field indicating that there are changes that have not been saved. Click Save changes to confirm.
4. Finally, click Save. The Last Revised By date will be updated accordingly.

Update the Status of an item in an Invoice Request
To update the status of an item in an invoice request:
1. On the Invoice Request page, you can approve an invoice request by clicking Approve under the Status column. You are not required to click Edit before changing the status of the invoice request.
2. The status will immediately change to Approved.
3. After an invoice has been created in the CRM system with this item selected, the status of the item will change to Invoicing.
