About the Invoice Requests Module

 

After an agreement is approved, BASS will proceed with the implementation of the software and services in the customer's office and vessels as purchased by the customer.

When the implementation project has passed the User Acceptance Test milestone, SNS can submit a billing request based on the items in the payment plan.

 

The Invoice Requests module enables you to intuitively create Invoice Requests in the CRM system by directly selecting items in a payment plan. If auto-billing is selected for payment terms in an agreement, the System will auto-generate invoice requests for Maintenance and Subscription services depending on the invoice mode. After an invoice request is created for an item in the payment plan, the Amount to be Invoiced will automatically change to 0 in the payment plan (unless it is a rate). This also saves you the hassle of manually typing each item and its details in an invoice request. Furthermore, items selected in the Invoice Request can then be selected when creating invoices in the CRM system.  

 

The functions available under this module include:

Creating a New Invoice Request - Create and submit a new Invoice Request in the CRM system.

 

Searching for an Invoice Request - Use filters to search for specific Invoice Requests.

 

Viewing an Invoice Request - View the details of an Invoice Request that has been logged in the CRM system.

 

Editing an Invoice Request - Edit the details of an Invoice Request.

 

Deleting an Invoice Request - Delete an Invoice Request from the CRM system.
