Deleting a Customer

From a customer's Details page, you can delete the customer from the System. However, please be aware that this will remove ALL final and outstanding agreements, payment plans, invoice requests and invoices tied to the customer. This action is irreversible, so make sure you have a backup of the records for book-keeping purposes.

 

To simply hide the customer from appearing in the Customers listing page, we recommend Deactivating the Customer instead.

 

 

Delete a Customer

To delete a customer from the CRM System:

 

1. From the Customer listing, choose the Customer you would like to delete and click on the customer Code to open the Details page.

Alternatively, click Actions and select View to open the Details page.

 

 

 

2. The customer's Details screen will be displayed. To delete the customer, click Delete.

 

 

 

3. Click OK to confirm.
