Privileges and Access Elements

 

This topic lists the privileges and access elements currently in the System and allows the System Administrator to understand the function of each access element and to assign the privileges to users accordingly.

Guidelines:

Field

Description

View Selecting this permission gives the user access rights to view a particular record in a selected module.
Create Selecting this permission gives the user access rights to create a particular record in a selected module.
Modify Selecting this permission gives the user access rights to edit a particular record in a selected module.
Delete Selecting this permission gives the user access rights to delete a particular record in a selected module.
Approve Selecting this permission gives the user access rights to approve a particular record in a selected module.

 

Modules

 

Address:

Select the relevant access rights of 'View', 'Create', 'Modify' or 'Delete' for each register. The selected role will then have access to the registers based on the access rights you have selected.


 

Agreement:

 
Select the relevant access rights of 'View', 'Create', 'Modify, 'Delete' or 'Approve' for each register. The selected role will then have access to the registers based on the access rights you have selected. 
 

Company Account:

Description

Update Company Account No. Selecting this permission gives the user access rights to update the company account numbers in the Company Register.
 

Contact:

 
Select the relevant access rights of 'View', 'Create', 'Modify' or 'Delete' for each register. The selected role will then have access to the registers based on the access rights you have selected. 
 

Customer:

 
Select the relevant access rights of 'View', 'Create', 'Modify' or 'Delete' for each register. The selected role will then have access to the registers based on the access rights you have selected.   
 

Invoice:

 

Select the relevant access rights of 'View', 'Create', 'Modify, 'Delete' or 'Approve' for each register. The selected role will then have access to the registers based on the access rights you have selected.
