Scheduled Tasks

 

This sub module allows you to view the status and date of all the scheduled tasks that CRM is required to perform.

 

If you have auto-billing enabled for certain payment terms in an agreement, the system will auto-generate invoice requests depending on the invoice mode (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc). The exact cut-off date for each invoice mode will depend on the revenue type. Currently, only Maintenance and Subscription services may be selected for auto-billing.

 

In addition, this feature also displays the status and date of the most recent transfer of data between CRM and BASSnet Financials.

 

 

View the Scheduled Tasks

To view the tasks you have scheduled:

 

1. Go to the Administration tab and click Scheduled Tasks.

 

The Scheduled Tasks screen will be displayed.

 

 

 

2. The Last Run Message column displays the status of the most recent execution, specifically whether it was successful or not.

 

3. The Last Run Date is the date that the tasks were performed.
