About User & Role

 

The User & Role sub module allows you to create and manage all the details pertaining to Users and Roles in the CRM system. This is crucial in order to authenticate a new user and define the actions or tasks that the user can perform. A user account may be assigned to one or multiple roles. The users of the same role will receive the same permissions and access rights granted to the specific role. Nevertheless, the user account can also be set up with its own permission and access rights.

 

Among the functions that can be carried out are:

Users - Create users accounts and manage its relevant roles and privileges that define the actions or tasks that the user can perform.

 

Roles - Create and set roles with different levels of accessibility to the system, including manage access rights granted for specific roles. Roles are created to ease the process of granting common permissions and access rights to a group of users with similar privileges.
