About the Administration Module

 

The Administration module manages all the information used in the back-end to run the CRM system smoothly. This includes a comprehensive user-generated register that populates all the drop-down menus in the system, a database of users, roles and its assigned privileges, and logs for all the back-end processes run by the System.

 

This module provides the following features:

Register Setup - The Register provides a list of terms and references that is consistently used throughout CRM. It makes updating fields in CRM easier, as well as provides a consistent list to choose from in drop-down menus.

 

Application Settings - Main settings for CRM, including email templates and SMTP mail server settings.

 

Scheduled Tasks - View a log of all the most recent tasks performed by the System.

 

User & Role - Registration and management of Users and Roles, including access management.

 

Integration Logs - Creates a list of logs generated whenever data is transferred between CRM and BASSnet Financials.
