About the Invoices Module

 

The process of creating invoices has been simplified and streamlined in CRM thanks to the linkage between agreements, payment plans, invoice requests and invoices in the System.

Once an agreement is made and approved, an invoice request can be created using the items in the agreement and an invoice is subsequently created from the request by CMA. Furthermore, everything can be monitored from the customer's Details screen. This linkage makes tracking every record extremely convenient and ensures that nothing is missed in the entire process.

 

The functions available under this module include:

Creating a New Invoice - Create and submit a new Invoice into CRM.

 

Searching for an Invoice - Use filters to search for specific Invoice.

 

Viewing an Invoice - View the details of an Invoice that has been logged into CRM.

 

Editing an Invoice - Edit the details of an Invoice.

 

Approving and Invoicing - Update the status of the invoice and send the invoice to the customer.

 

Creating a Credit Note - Create a credit note for the remaining amount.

 

Deleting an Invoice - Delete an Invoice from CRM.
