Searching for an Agreement

Screen Navigation: Agreements - All Agreements

At any point, there may be a large amount of agreement records in the system. Searching for a single agreement in the Agreement listing page can seem daunting.

Fortunately, CRM incorporates filters at the top of each column to aid with discovery. In addition, you can also use the Advanced Search function to further narrow down the list.

A notable feature is that the status of the agreements are colour coded so that you can see at one glance which agreement is still in draft, pending for approval and approved.
