Deleting an Agreement

 

Screen Navigation: Agreements - Details

 

From the agreement Details page, you can delete agreements from the System. However, please be aware that this will remove ALL payment plans tied to the agreement. This action is irreversible, so make sure you have a backup of the records for book-keeping purposes.

 

 

Delete an Agreement

To delete an agreement from the System:

 

1. From the Agreement listing, choose the agreement you would like to delete and click on the Agreement Number to open the Details page.

Alternatively, click Actions and select View to open the Details page.

 

 

 

2. The agreement Details screen will be displayed. To delete the agreement, click Delete.

 

 

 

3. Click OK to confirm.
