About the Agreements Module |
The CRM system provides a user friendly platform for you to manage and track all the agreements with your customers. In an agreement, you can specify the licenses and services to be provided to the customer, and come up with fees, rates and subscriptions for each item in the agreement. Because everything in CRM is linked, you can directly generate payment plans from the rates and fees agreed upon with a click of a button. Furthermore, items in the payment plan can then be added to invoice requests which will subsequently be added into invoices.
In the Agreements module listing page, the status of the agreements are colour coded for easy tracking so that you will never miss out on agreements that require your attention. With the ability to attach relevant documents to an agreement, this makes CRM the perfect online repository for all your agreements.
The functions available under this module include:
Create a New Agreement - Create and submit a new Agreement into the CRM system.
Search for an Agreement - Use filters to search for specific Agreements.
View an Agreement - View the details of an Agreement that has been logged into the CRM system.
Edit an Agreement - Edit the details of a Agreement.
Revising Maintenance Fees - Increase or decrease the maintenance fees for agreements.
Delete an Agreement - Delete an Agreement from the CRM system, and any payment plans tied to the agreement. |
