Note: You can only create, edit or delete Onboard Training/Drill records in HRM if the BASSnet SAFIR license is disabled. If the system detects that the SAFIR license is enabled, all Onboard Training and Drill records can only be created, edited or deleted in the SAFIR module and automatically synchronized to HRM.

Using this feature you can view details of onboard training/drills that can be kept separate from the shore based training history. These training/drills are conducted onboard by the safety and quality team personnel to check on the crew's competency.

Note: You can also view and create onboard training/drills records by clicking Onboard Training/Drills under the Personnel menu. For more information on this option, see here.
