Viewing the Latest Maintenance Fees |
Screen Navigation: Reports - Latest Maintenance Fees
Using this function, you can view all the maintenance fees that BASS is currently charging to customers. This data is taken from the agreements created in the CRM system.
If the maintenance fees are revised, the revised fees will appear in this table replacing the old fees.
The table can be sorted in various ways to make finding and viewing easier.
Sort Latest Maintenance Fees
To view the Latest Maintenance Fees:
1. Go to the Reports tab and click Latest Maintenance Fees under Current.
The Latest Maintenance Fees page will be displayed.
2. The table can be sorted according to your preference by dragging and dropping a column header to the row above. For example, to view the maintenance fees for each module, drag the Module column header to the row above it.
3. Click Export to Excel to download the table to an Excel file.
