Screen Navigation: Payment Plans - Edit Payment Plan
From the Payment Plans listing and Details page, you can edit the information related to the payment plan. Changes made will also be reflected in the Agreement's Payment Plan tab.
Payment plans that have been closed can no longer be edited.

Edit the Details of a Payment Plan
To edit the details of a payment plan:
1. From the Payment Plans listing, choose the payment plan you would like to edit and click Actions then select Edit.
Alternatively, you can also click Edit on the payment plan Details page.
2. The Edit Payment Plan page will be displayed.
3. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the right column to edit the estimated due date, revised estimated due date and status of the payment plan.
4. After you have finished making changes, click Update. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to update the other service types.
5. Finally, click Save. The Last Revised By information will be updated accordingly. The changes will also be reflected in the Agreement's Payment Plan tab.

Update the Status of a Payment Plan
To update the status of a payment plan:
1. On the Payment Plan page, change the Status of the payment plan using the drop-down menu. Unlike other modules, you are not required to click Edit before changing the status of the payment plan.
2. Click Save.
Note: Payment Plans can no longer be edited after it is closed.
