Subscription Mode Register |
This function allows you to set up codes for subscription modes that define how often the customer is to provide payment. These codes can be selected in an agreement if a customer agrees to a subscription. If you have the appropriate access rights, you will also be able to modify and delete records in this register.

Creating a New Subscription Mode
To create a new subscription mode:
1. From the CRM main menu, open the Administration tab and select Registers.
2. The Registers screen will be displayed. Click Subscription Mode and the subscription mode codes that have been previously created will be displayed on the screen.
3. To create a new subscription mode, click Add new record.
4. A new row will be created at the top of the table to allow you to enter information about the subscription mode.
5. Click Update to add this subscription mode to the register.

Editing a Subscription Mode
To edit subscription mode codes:
1. From the CRM main menu, open the Administration tab and select Registers.
2. The Registers screen will be displayed. Click Subscription Mode and the subscription mode codes that have been previously created will be displayed on the screen.
3. To edit an existing subscription mode code, click Edit.
4. You may then edit the details of the subscription mode code in the available fields. 5. Click Save to save the changes you have made.

Deleting a Subscription Mode
To delete subscription mode codes:
1. From the CRM main menu, open the Administration tab and select Registers.
2. The Registers screen will be displayed. Click Subscription Mode and the subscription mode codes that have been previously created will be displayed on the screen.
3. To delete a subscription mode code, click the Delete button (X).
4. Click OK to confirm the deletion of the subscription mode code.
